A famous view of Salt Lake City where I spoke to the National Federation of Presswomen.

August has been a whirl-wind of activity at Mind the Gap Public Relations. I figured it out I had six flights, drove over 1000 miles, and I traveled every week in the month of August. All good stuff. Last week due to traveling, Monday Ann-Sense wasn’t possible. Sometimes you just run out of time to get everything done.
Since I was so many flights, I got to catch up on some reading. I finished, Out of Office – Work Where You Like & Achieve More, by Chris Ward. This book really spoke to me as to where my path is going professionally. It was about being true to yourself and really climbing out of box doing what works you. I’m not doing it justice here so just read it. It will uplift you.
And I finished Influence Marketing by Danny Brown and Sam Fiorella. Good read. A proper review is forthcoming in another post. Since influence is on my mind after reading that book, I’ve been drawn posts on influence. I found this one interesting, How Klout is Twerking Your Mind About Influence.
And I leave you with this… the Kia Soul Hamster commercial. Love the Hamsters…
